Summary: The room had a musky scent and feel to it. There was a dampness in the air that affected our breathing. The pillows were not comfortable. I found a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. The number of towels provided was inadequate. The grab and go breakfast was almost non-existent by 9 a.m. Shower curtain smelled bad. Not enough hangars to hang clothing. The phone in the room didn't work and because it was the weekend, no one was available until Monday or Tuesday to repair it. I also couldn't use the internet due to some service issues that we eventually resolved.

Summary: Location was fantastic. Excellent shopping and restaurants within 1 mile. We stayed one night before a cruise and will do it again. The room was very clean. In fact I took a shower and didn’t want to walk on the floor so I stayed on the bathmat and slid my way through the room. Just for fun I wanted to see how dirty the floor was and when I turned the bath over, it was clean. I was amazed. Just be forewarned there’s kitchen accessories in the room. But they are available for the asking.

Summary: Bed was way too soft and uncomfortable; there were NO kitchen utensils/pans/plates/silverware/coffee-maker/sponge/pot holders, etc at all available for cooking or even making a little something for breakfast; almost nothing for continental breakfast and had no creamer available for the terrible coffee we were able to get. No parking close to lobby and tiny luggage carts to try to get things out of car and upstairs on the one small elevator they had. Only pluses were it was in a decent location, not too far off highway, and rooms were clean albeit lacking in any decent furniture except the reclining chair. Probably should have slept in chair, as I could barely stand or walk after sleeping on awful mattress! Could not even get hot water at sink. We got there at about 6 PM and were told they had run out of all the kitchen package items long before. Very disappointing all-around!

Summary: The front staff were really nice and the hotel was so new i didnt have to worry about old carpets or anything with my baby. And great location to everything.The only thing i didnt like was the absense of dishes for the kitchen. You have to ask for everything and bring it up. But...seeing some of the clientel that was there..i kinda get it (some weeeird people lol) must be alot of theft? Ex: a drunk? girl was asking where she even was in the lobby. With this, me also being questioned at my room about if i was suppose to be there 1 or 2 days (even though i told 2 people about how i added a day)is kind of understandable now (people must try to lie to them alot)
