Positive: I like to location. It was easily accessible, and it was very close to the venue that we were attending a concert at the staff was extremely nice and kind and they were lots of shops and food places within the area actually some of them more walking distance, which I liked.
Negative: When we enter the room, we were wondering if our room had even been cleaned the pictures online show the beds made up really nice and when we got there, the end of our beds were scrunched up and the pillows were just kind of stacked in the middle of the bed, I'm not sure if that's just how you guys do it, but it kind of threw us off. Also threw us off. Was the fact that our room had stains all over the carpet Some sort of red substance I found couple pieces of what looked like beef jerky on the floor. My sister also found two empty Modelo cans underneath her bed. We actually hadn't noticed that until the very end of our trip when we were gathering all of our things making sure we had everything together. I also was not aware of $100 deposit that I would have to make on arrival. I even went back and looked all through my emails all through the booking website and everything trying to find where it says that I would have to pay $100 deposit when I got there, I said it online it does not say that they did inform me that it would be refunded so I'm just gonna wait for that
Summary: It was nice for the short stay that we did attend, but I did expect a little more cleanliness.
