Positive: It was very clean and comfortable the air worked great
Negative: The woman that was checking me in I wish I got her name but didn't was very rude to me and she actually yelled at me while she was checking my son in, I told her it might be in my name bc I did all the reservations and she actually screamed at me, that I needed to wait, then when I checked in she laid my keys on the counter and never told me anything, not how to get to my room not if I needed anything where and how I would get it NOTHING. I asked her is this it and she said yes, so I figured it out on my own, I was very upset with her my check in was around 3pm on August 3rd, a lady had just clocked out and she just started her shift, other than that I had an incredible time and was very pleased with the hotel
