Summary: Had to look for a front desk person to check me in. Room could have been cleaner. Couldn’t adjust temp in room. Felt like the floor wasn’t sturdy in some places in the hallway, and felt the same way in bath tub. Shower fixtures were very hard to adjust

Summary: Drain in bathroom was clogged, and builing in general needs deep clean and repainted. As in, there wasnt dirt anywhere or such, but carpet looked worn, and there were many patches on the walls that were very noticable even if painted over. Very dim lighting everywhere.

Summary: I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Dublin, OH, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival at 11 PM, I encountered two men in the parking lot, one of whom was shirtless, engaging in loud conversation. This made me feel uneasy and raised concerns about the hotel's security. Entering my room, I discovered that the sofa bed lacked essential bedding—no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided. I had to contact the front desk and wait for these items to be delivered, which was inconvenient after a long day of travel. The room's condition was disappointing. The carpet had noticeable bald patches, and the baseboard trim along the walls was deteriorating and rotting. The leather recliner in the room had several rips and tears in the cushion, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The bathroom was particularly unappealing; the bathtub was grimy, and the tiles appeared to have been hastily painted over, giving the space a neglected and unclean feel. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking comfortable and well-maintained accommodations.

Summary: Wasnt the cleanest room. Had people smoking weed right outside door as well as drinking so as you go out door you had to fight through that as well as door was a pain to get into. Door knob on inside door didnt stay on and 2nd tv you had to keep angled so the wifi / cable worked lights didnt all work in room.

Summary: Check in receptionist very rude. Bed very uncomfortable and room really outdated. The “breakfast” is a muffin and coffee. Place could use some new staff and updating and it might be an okay stay.
