Positive: I liked that it was close to the airport, that’s why I picked it since our flight was getting in late at night.
Negative: I requested a late check in, between 11pm and midnight and got an email saying it had been approved. When I got there at 11:30 the lady told me multiple times there were no rooms, just because I booked online doesn’t guarantee I actually get a room, we ruined her night by showing up, I should’ve gotten there sooner, it didn’t matter that I requested a late check in or that it was approved. She told 3 other people after me the same things and also told them to figure it out on their own. After an hour, she put us in a room and said if you don’t like it, take it up with the manager tomorrow. The next morning a different lady at the desk called me to come pay because I was charged as a no show and I needed to fill out paperwork again because the lady from check in threw mine away. I told her about the night before and she looked mortified and told me to talk to management because that was unacceptable. I ended up leaving before anyone came in but I emailed the manager at the address on the business card and have not heard back yet.

Positive: Location was perfect for my travel needs with Swift access to Major Highways. Spacious Clean Room and good shower. Staff were very pleasant and chatty both on check-in and check out.
Negative: Arrived 1800 to be told room was not ready and asked to return by 2000. Was not a major problem on this occasion, and staff at least allowed me to leave luggage, which I had brought from vehicle.

Positive: my husband and our daughter went for a concert and said the place was nice and clean and staff was helpful to get our window taped up before going home.
Negative: Besides the parting gift of a smash side window at the concert venue ( not your fault), location was a little shady agian not your fault. Seattle will most likely be the bottom of our travel list now.

Negative: It was a huge hassle to do the laundry. Expensive. No soap. My card key would not open the door. Also the front office staff kept disappearing and I had to keep ringing their doorbell.
