Positive: The staff were friendly. Felt relatively safe.
Negative: This place had a lot of issues. There was no shower curtain, no iron, no blow dryer, no dishes in our room. We had to ask for each of them individually. On the blow dryers we were told there were no blow dryers. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide a blow dryer. When we ran out of bath cloths on the last day, I went to ask for another bath cloth and was informed I needed to bring all my dirty towels to the front first. I kept telling them I just need one for today because I’m checking out in a couple of hours. It took quite a while to convince them to give me a single bath cloth. It seems like it’s not functioning quite like a hotel…feels more like they are primarily functioning on an extended stay basis with customers they have needed to make a lot of rules with. Also, breakfast wasn’t good. Rooms and hallways are dated.
