Summary: Great location within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to national brand retailers like CVS, 7-11, McDonald's. Pizza Hut, Chipotle, AVIS car rental, Fresh World. Convenient public transportation to metro. Front desk staff and housekeeping was accomodating, courteous, and friendly. Room kept cleaned. Comfortable mattress.

Summary: Its more of an apartment for long term guests. Lots of dogs that bark alot. The room and bed was clean and comfortable but it shows a small kitchen - ZERO plates, cups, utensils or pans. Breakfast is to go muffins. Very disappointed.

Summary: When I first checked in, I was charged extra for a room which was large larger than what I had initially booked ahead of time. Basically at the time check-in, the type of room my book was sold out, and I was charged extra for reasons of having to stay in a different room. The staff member who checked me in, was not so great at her job. But luckily, some other staff member the next day, helped me out and further resolved matters for me. Also, I contacted an Expedia agent regarding getting a refund for the extra payment I had to make, and they all turned out well in the end.

Summary: When it was time for me to check in, the front desk clerk named Musa, did not have the best attitude. When he asked me if I was checking in, I was trying to talk to him but, he cut me off and asked for my I.D. I handed him my I.D. in his hand. When I got it back, he placed the I.D. on the counter. I did not appreciate that at all. I mentioned to him that he should not put it on the counter . If I have given him my id in his hand, why not return the favor and place it respectfully back into my hand? That is something very confidential and personal. He didn’t see that it was wrong to do that. He was not friendly at all. I also was upset that the elevator was broken. It was such an inconvenience, due to the fact that I had a small child and had to carry my luggage all the way up to the 3rd floor.
