Summary: I was a little bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews the hotel got in the past but I have to say it was clean. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant and besides not having a pool I would go there again when I want to be in Zen mode and just do me and relax cuz it's definitely a good environment for that. I give him five stars

Summary: The TV did not work hotel staff was unable to fix until the next day and they said they could not give me a discount because I used Hotels.com - I guess I should not use Hotels.com Will Hotels.com give me a discount?

Summary: We were satisfied with the overall stay, we were very disappointed that they advertised breakfast, and there was no such thing. Breakfast consisted of coffee or tea and muffins.

Summary: Pleaae do not ignore the comments. Upon my arrival i checked my room. As i always do. Everyrhing was fine until i saw the tub. It was disgusting. Ive never seen a tub look like that in my life. Whenninreported it to frontndesk he informed me becuz i pulled the sheets back. - which i always do to inspect the bed. He denied me an upgrade. I said are u kidding me. Everyone inspects the bed sheets, mattress, everyrhing. I did not sit down nor did i lay down in the bed. I told him u can tell when someone lays down in the bed. I will never stay there again. The app is not allowing me to upload the photo. But i have it. And i will contact the manager today.

Summary: Staff was wonderful. Parking garage felt unsafe and smelled of urine and mold. Cleanliness of room was poor, light switches were dirty, hair from previous people under bed and in bathroom. Outside of fridge dirty.

Summary: This would be considered a no frills hotel to just crash at night to sleep. There’s no lounge to sit in the lobby. The room was clean but the kitchenette needs an upgrade. The outside of the hotel could use a good pressure wash including the parking areas. There should be a sitting area at least in the back of the hotel. The staff were great and accommodating.
