Cute bungalow has a mixture of old time charm - it was built in 1846! - and new amenities. Easy walk to Main Street, four blocks to the riverfront, short walk to the new Heritage Trial, and short beautiful drive to Clifty Falls. Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and pods. There is a full size washer and dryer. There is also a little sun porch that is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our homes are extremely clean and wiped down and sanitized after every guest has checked out.

Summary: My husband and I and our 13 pound dog spent a delightful two nights at this adorable, immaculately kept home. The house is tastefully decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, two nice bathrooms and a nicely landscaped enclosed backyard. It’s also within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have asked for more and will absolutely rent this home on our next Madison visit.

Summary: This property was very clean and a nice comfy place to stay for our 25 year anniversary. The extra effort that was put in on the backyard fence to prevent animals from greeting out was awesome and the backyard was very beautiful. We would love to book this place again during warmer weather in the future, but still warm and great during the winter.

Summary: This was our third stay at Black Cat Cottages, our second in the shot gun on West 3rd. When we decided to treat ourselves to Thanksgiving in Madison, we didn't even consider other locations. Thanks for doing what you do! I'm sure we will be back!

Summary: Wonderful place. Very comfortable and the old and new decor was great. The amenities were unexpected. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Short drive to CliftyFalls. Nice backyard for my dog. Would definitely love to stay here again. Communication with Stew was great. I would recommend this cottage to anyone.

Summary: Perfect cottage in Madison! In walking distance to so many things to do. The house was exactly as described, very clean and well taken care of. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely re-book with Madison Black Cat Cottages. They far exceeded our expectations. We all had a wonderful stay.

Summary: Very charming house and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. House is very clean. House is in a great location close to downtown, and in a safe area. Host provides a list of area restaurants and points of interest in the area, also they left homemade cookies ( very nice touch!). I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Madison. We will most definitely be staying here again!!!
