Negative: Lack the basic essentials. No proper cook ware. No paper towels or napkins. No broom. No space in bedrooms for luggage. Rooms became hot with windows closed. With windows opened it is to loud due to nesting of seagulls. Rooms had a TV but no remote. Downstairs bathroom cramped. Can't sit on the toilet without your knees touching the door.

Summary: Location excellent. Amenities are lacking.
