Positive: The apartment is highly recommended based on the value you receive and the price you pay. It's centrally located, all main sights of old town are nearby. It's a convenient solution for up to 6 people. It was very clean and the 2 separate bathrooms are a huge advantage. The communication with the contact person has been outstanding, all necessary information was properly provided to the smooth access on day of arrival or how to leave the property on last day. On first night he could even assisted us where we could find the nearby and still open supermarket to buy some food and drinks for dinner.

Negative: Some remarks as recommendation for the owner and some facts that could be important for next guests. We missed a tea maker and some coffee pods to the automated coffee machine. The classic coffee maker (without pods) was not compatible with the induction fire place. Available selection of main kitchen ingredients like salt, sugar, basic spices, etc. would be appreciated. The apartment is indeed noise especially during weekends when all nearby restaurants are open till late night and people sit outside and loudly talk to each other. On top of it the church clock is very loud too, not only hitting the hours but the quarters too. If you are not a good sleeper and can't close these noises out, you may not feel comfortable during nights. Nevertheless, all the advantages of the apartment definitely easily compensate the listed minor disadvantages.

Positive: The appartment was beautiful. Very well fitted out with excellent and high quality furniture and equipment. Good air con, showers, kitchen etc. The location was perfect, in a buzzy square with great bars and restaurants, just round from the cathedral. The hosts were not on site but were very responsive to messages and ensured that we checked in safely. We communicated in a combination of English and Spanish.

Negative: Nothing really...really good!
