Positive: Comfortable hotel with lots of possibilities to relax. Meals are delicious, variety could be wider. Staff is the strengthest point, they're very helpful and kind. Free tea and lemonade during the day.

Negative: Swimming pool and wellness area water temperature is a bit too cold, during winter. Garden should be groomed more, some outside facilities would be highly welcome. Only bread was served at breakfast, no sweeties for kids. But these are only a few, compared to many-many good things here. All-in-all, we had a very good time here and would like to return soon.

Positive: Staff very kind and nice (despite not speaking English they did all they best) and very nice location of the hotel.

Negative: Food selection could be improved and also jacuzzi - more in saving mode, not regulated, mostly off - often we sit just in the pool without any massaging whirlpools also water could be warmer.

Negative: The spa and pool are is too cold. The room is okay, dinner buffet is awful, breakfast okayish. Dinner finishes at 8pm- there is no bar and you are in the middle of nowhere… you can apparently get some drinks from reception- but other than the “library” which fits about 10 people there is nowhere to sit. I imagined a quiet night in a nice bar reading a book and having a drink. Luckily I speak German so there was something on tv…place looks like a Soviet hotel…

Positive: Comfortable bed, fresh air. Complementary drinking water and tea in the lobby. Sauna was perfect.

Negative: Jacuzzi operated rarely, initiated only by staff. Water temperature in the swimming pool could have been warmer.
