Positive: The owner was friendly, the metro is very close. The WiFi worked perfectly.
Negative: The apartment wasn’t cleaned.. dirty sheets and pillows, kitchen, sink, refrigerator, utensils, no hand soap, dirty mirrors, shower.. just everything was dirty!!! The owner apologized, brought new sheets and wanted to help change them and clean. He even gave us a bottle of wine… so i was debating whether to write this review or not.. and why i decided is the fact that the kitchen was so poorly equipped (1mini pot, 1mini pan, a few mismatched utensils, dirty rag, and some again mixed glasses and plates) and the mattress was very very very hard and pillows like they had rocks in them.. very uncomfortable. You couldn’t have complete darkness because the curtain were too small. And the noise from the street and other apartments was quite loud. Even though the owner apologized i still think if you rent an apartment you should know what is or isn’t in there..
Summary: Pleasant, aside cleanliness issues, bed not comfortable and kitchen lacking equipment.

Positive: -Very comfortable especially for those who love to prepare and cook easy meals. -Great location; 1.)within walking (just 5-10 minutes) from Budapest Main Station (Keleti) as well as other public transports (Metro, Tram, Bus), 2.)close to grocery store, money exchange, cafe, restaurant
Negative: Actually, I do not have any dislikes about the property. I really recommend it to all! But here’re just some suggestions from me. -On my arriving day, a little mistake occurred due to wrong given information about room number. But that event made me discover the neighbor’s kindness. Please pass my appreciation to the woman from the room opposite to 210 on behalf of me, she tried to help me open the key box and even phoned to the host for me. -My suggestion especially for welcoming Thai or Asian guests: inform more details, like step-by-step about how to access the apartment, because it’s quite different from our building. For example, 1.) Press the code to enter the building. 2.) When you reach your floor, you have to enter 2 main doors before you find several rooms. [*That’s the main difference ‘cos we do not have to open 2 doors before getting in.] 3.) Press the code on key box to get the key. 4.) Enter your room, using the key. [*Please do tell the trick to use key, it’s very useful:)]

Positive: The location was quite nice! It was a nice walk around 30 mins to the Danube River. However they had a metro station nearly right outside the property, if you’re not a walker. Grocery stores everywhere right around the corner, some open at midnight as well!! All the facilities were pretty new, so it felt really good and clean. The AC was AMAZING - especially since we had to endure 30+ Celsius Degrees. Loved it so much!
Negative: The door is quite tricky!! However you will get used to it. You have to turn the key to the right so you hear 3 clicks. Then turn it to the right as much as you can so the key is at an diagonal angle. Then pull towards yourself and push afterwards! We weren’t used to Budapest water smelling like Chlorine, so definitely recommend buying water bottles in stores. There weren’t a lot of utilities if you wanted to cook, but luckily we ate out most of the time. The blankets were moving quite a lot around in the sheets, which was a little inconvenient. The shower drain was clogged a lot so the water would not go down, but it’s a temporary problem which can be fixed.
Summary: Amazing Service and Apartment! Definitely recommend.

Positive: We enjoyed our 3-night stay – the apartment was cozy and clean, with smart use of space. The welcome touches like water and coffee were appreciated, and we especially liked the personalized bottles and glasses. The host was fantastic – very helpful and communicative.
Negative: Maybe a bit more coffee would’ve been perfect – but that’s just a small suggestion. Everything else was great!
