3 Bedroom Condo in Kingsmill, Williamsburg

Furnished 3 bedroom condo with living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry. Rooms have decks that overlook Wareham's Pond. Beautiful setting, convenient location. Great central location for your Williamsburg vacation. This unit can be rented as a 3 BR, but if you don't need that much space, you can rent only one or 2 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two doubles, and the 3rd bedroom has a king. There's also a very nice queen sleep sofa in the living room. It's a well equiped, spacious condo, with relaxing views. Check out the reviews!

NOTE: Kingsmill Resort management will no longer any owners who rent their condos independently (like me) to purchase guest passes. Note that their rates are at least twice as much. This condo is 5 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary, less than 5 minutes to Busch Gardens, about an hour to VA Beach or Richmond.

Summary: Stayed in the condo during recent trip to visit family. Have stayed in KM resort properties before, and they are often old, tired, dark and moldy. This unit is the exact opposite. Booking and check in easy. Nice, spacious unit. Would stay again!

Summary: Celebrated my 60th Birthday with my wife, family and a few of my sons friends. Condo was perfect, plenty of room, close to everything and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay there again.

Summary: This was the 2nd time staying at Kingsmill Resort. Love the location and the condo setup. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is perfect for 3 generations (6 people) staying in a condo with nice-sized kitchen, eating area, living room and decks overlooking the lake. So relaxing, and hassle free!

Summary: Condo was immaculate, well-appointed and spacious. We had three separate bed and bath areas and did not hear a sound once all were in bed. The condo is within walking distance to Kingsmill Resort restaurants and a short drive to all Williamsburg attractions. Our host was very responsive. Would stay again.

Summary: Great location in Kingsmill. Beds were comfortable , tvs all new, and plenty of space for us. We enjoyed our week. The kitchen does not have a Keurig coffee machine like the photos show. The cooking pots are limited with only one top that fit. Also no mixer or blender. Well used collection of kitchen items.
