3 Bedroom House in Rochester

Enjoy the comforts of home in this one-level, three bedroom property on a quiet Chili street. Featuring a recently renovated bright kitchen, this home sleeps six with parking for several cars in the driveway.
Located just minutes from the 490 expressway and the Rochester Int’l airport, you are central to all activities in the area. Rochester Institute of Technology is 10 minutes away.
The large backyard is a great place for children and pets to play. Please note it is not fenced. Pets are welcome if approved; please contact host. $20/night per pet, with discounts possible for longer stays. Please enquire.
While the home has two fireplaces, unfortunately they are not for use. Also, the garage is not included in rental.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.
If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.

Summary: We use VRBO a lot and this home was top notch! It's so hard to find a place that allows dogs AND that is real nice, AND allowed us to bring 3 dogs. Unheard of. We greatly appreciated the big yard and beautiful neighborhood and were sure to pick up after pur pets. All they ask is that you keep them off the furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was more than enough bedding and towels. Loved that the TV was easy to access with Roku, not something we normally find. The wifi worked great and their book on the property details and neighborhood was concise and thoroigh.Great host with quick replies and positive interactions. Very, very accomodating. We hope to return!We wer e our sons

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, and our dog loved the big back yard. The location we perfect as it was close to family and friends, as well as Wegmans, Target, and anything else you’d need. The owner kept us informed and was very responsive to any questions we had. We’d stay here again for sure.

Summary: The house is extremely spacious with the three bedrooms two bathrooms and very open. If you’re I have a few couples this is a Perry place to stay. They allow pets as well. We’re thinking of bringing our cat next time . It’s a very comfortable place to stay with a quiet neighborhood - at least I the winter

Summary: We in town for a weekend wedding! Easy drive and so close the airport. The lovely and quiet house and neighborhood gave us a restful place to regroup and relax during the busy weekend. Just as pictured. Cheryl is a great hostess.

Summary: We picked this home not only because it was close to the venue for my nephew’s wedding but also because we were allowed to bring our pups with us. The house was exactly as the pictures show. The area is beautiful and the neighbors could not be friendlier. Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.The management company is awesome and very responsive! We hope to stay here again on our visits to my nephew. Thank you for an great stay!

Summary: Located on a quiet circle and a couple blocks from our friend's house, it was a great location to stay while we were in town for a yearly golf fundraiser. The host was absolutely fantastic and easy to communicate with. Will definitely plan on staying here again for the next event.

Summary: The house is in a great location and worked well for us, 4 adults and 2 small children. The house was VERY clean with plenty of towels, and the kitchen had lots of mugs/plates etc. Cheryl was very attentive, and answered immediately when I messaged her. We would definitely consider staying here again. More comfortable than a hotel, especially when you’re traveling with young children.
