Positive: First of all I would give 9 or 10 if we didn't meet with the owner of house. To be honest Eric and Laila are great hosts. I actually thank them again from here. House is big, spacious and stylish. I love the kitchen with huge windows. Also the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. There are 2 markets nearby. It is also a big plus. Cleaning service was awesome. We took off our shoes every time we entered the house because of cleaning. Heating was also worked very well.

Negative: The owner was too rude, not listening. The owner isn't problem solving oriented and not in favor of focusing on solutions. He talked disrespectful, and insulted even I didn't say anything disrespectful or wrong to him. I would prefer not to meet him.

Positive: We stayed here for a sports tournament. With a tight schedule, it was very nice that there were several toilets and bathrooms. Moreover, the atmosphere of the house was very nice; a perfect place to relax between the competition sessions.

Positive: We booked this property, as it had the number of bedrooms we required for our party. It was warm, plenty of space and kitchen facilities were fantastic, we finally found the microwave as part of the the combined oven system. If you needed it there was access to a washing machine. We knew the location was out of the town center, which was no problem to us as we had driven across from the UK. There was parking for 1 car on site. It was very clean except for a few cobwebs. As it was winter there was no access to the pool but you could go outside to sit if you wanted to. Supermarket easy walking distance.

Negative: One of the beds was very soft and rolled inwards. For the bedroom on the ground floor there are no shower facilities (only toilet) with steeps stairs up to first floor. This is an issue if you have anyone with limited mobility using the downstairs bedroom.

Summary: Excellent value for money, for the number of bedrooms for our winter stay.
