Safe and private. The Villa is ideal for entertaining and relaxing with a 24 hours Security. The location is great as there are plenty of businesses (grocery, drug store) right at the entrance of the community which is very helpful for everyone on a daily basis. Ideally located close to the beach and outdoor activities. The main beach is protected from large/breaking waves which made for a relaxing time not worrying about strong currents for the kids. The beach is perfect for snorkeling.
The beach is an 8-10 minute walk away, but there is a parking deck near the casino that is free and reduces the walk to about 2 minutes.
Spend a day in Old San Juan, a 35-minute drive away and the oldest city in all of the US. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, & pharmacies, Shopping, golf courses, For stays over a week, theaters and outdoor activities.
The home has room for up to 3 vehicles.
For your Comfort and Security of entertainment of your family The Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Court are in front of the Villa.
Each bedroom has a full bathroom, Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans Wi-Fi Internet Speed 600MBPS. 55" flat screen Smart TV and the family room has an 80" flat screen Smart TV. Wonderful BBQ area on the amazing rooftop patio with 180 degree views. Multiple balconies with panoramic views.
For your comfort and the safety of your family and friends, we only activate it for the use of people with disabilities, or elderly people who cannot climb stairs, we have an elevator that takes you to all Bedroom in the villa, including the terrace. It is very important that you notify us in advance to leave it on and we will tell you how they work since we do not have it activated all the time.
There are also Hospitals, Police Headquarters, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Supermarkets in the square that would be a convenient option for those without food allergies.
Apart from the food, the location is also excellent due to the proximity to the Embassy Suites hotel, which offers 2 restaurant options, a casino, tennis, golf course and a fantastic beach area. The community services (separate from those of the hotel) are perfect for everyone.
We charge a $275.00 Cleaning & Disinfecting Fee, due to the Covid-19 situation around the world, We hired a Professional Disinfecting Company. They clean and disinfect my property before and after a guest arrives.

Summary: My friends and I were really excited to stay in Dorado, PR however there were problems before we even arrived on the island. 1. VRBO policy states that guests should receive check-in instructions 24 hrs prior to arrival. I didnt receive anything from the host until 45 minutes before our flight to Puerto Rico departed. I had to escalate to customer support because we didnt know how to access the villa nor its exact location. 2. There was a roach infestation due to pantry foods that were left in cabinets and the pantry. We didnt discover this until our second day as we went on an excusion the first day and didnt attempt to use the kitchen. 3. We opted to cook outside once (walk up 3 flights of stairs with pots and pans) but that got old past one meal. We ended up eating out more than we wanted to and didnt feel comfortable in the kitchen. Every time we opened a drawer, the oven or the dishwasher a roach ( or several) would be crawling out. 3. After trying to reach out to the host, who took an entire day most times to respond, we escalated to customer support again. There was a disgusting fridge in the outdoor kitchen we tried to use to store some wine, but it was filled with moldy sponges. After I sent pics of the fridge and roaches to VRBO, the host scolded me for opening the fridge, which would have never been known if it werent for the roach issue in the first place. 4. The host has yet to provide a partial refund as promised and is unresponsive to date.

Summary: The property is lovely and accommodated our group of 9 people very well - plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Lots of green space right outside the building for nice long walks in the beautiful sunshine. There for a family wedding, we spent lots of time in old San Juan within easy driving distance from our location in Dorado. The reason for ratings less than 5is due to being totally without hot water during the whole time we were there. In prep for wedding events, cold showers were less than ideal. Communicated several times with Mr. Sanchez regarding this problem but it never got resolved before we left.

Summary: First off, the host (Nestor) was very responsive prior to us traveling to the island. The location was perfect for us as we have family who lives nearby. The location was also great as there are plenty of businesses (grocery, drug store) right at the entrance of the community which was very helpful for us on a daily basis. My family has several food allergies so we need a full kitchen and the nearby grocery store was visited about ever two days so that was perfect for us. They also have a more specialty grocery store across the street from the entrance which provides us even more food options for our needs. The island itself was not as accommodating for gluten and dairy free dining options so having the groceries nearby was a huge plus for us. There were also restaurants in the plaza which would make for a convenient option for those without food allergies would enjoy. Food aside, the location is also great due to the proximity to the embassy suites, which provides 2 restaurant options, a casino, tennis/golf, and a fantastic beach area. The golf course was under new management and not yet opened when we were there. The community amenities (independent of the hotel’s) were perfect for us. Pool are, tennis courts and basketball courts were almost never used by anyone else so it was like they were our own private amenities. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk but there is a parking deck near the casino that was free and reduced the walk to about 2 minutes. Those beaches within the community we’re not busy at all AND the main beach is protected from large/breaking waves which made for a relaxing time not worrying about strong currents for the kids. Wythe beach would be perfect for snorkeling but unfortunately the day we were there the water was murky so we couldn’t see anything. In the unprotected beach side we saw a Manatee. The place itself is as pictured and advertised. We didn’t use the rooftop patio and grilling area but it is a perfect set up for gatherings. Another nice feature is the patios on all levels. The main level patio was covered which was perfect for relaxing even when it was raining. The host was also great and responsive when it came to an issue we had with one of the mini spilt A/C units not working in one bedroom. He coordinated for a technician to come to the house abs they accommodated our schedule to quickly diagnose the issue (minimizing any time away from our regularly scheduled activities). Overall great!

Summary: Accurate description of the property. Everything was clean and functional. The community was quiet and safe. The property manager was attentive and super responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will definitely recommend the villa.

Summary: House is great, exactly as the VRBO shows. House had everything we could reasonably ask. Communication w/ property mgt was easy and superb after I was within a week of the trip. House located inside of two security check points and the sense is one of tranquility and ease. House is an easy 10 min walk to small beach. 25 yards from the pool. Basketball/tennis courts close. 24 hr Supermarket a quick drive up the street. After you drive back out of the neighborhood (2 security check points), it is an 5 min drive to a public beach. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies nearby. Enjoyed celebrating parent's 50th Anniversary with a group sized at 10. 4 teens slept on couches, parents/grandparents had rooms. If I was asked if I would return, no doubt my answer would be yes.

Summary: Just be aware that the beach pictures are not taken from the actual property! This location is not within even walking distance of the beach. Pros: Smart tvs in every bedroom, comfortable beds and the a/c works well. Cons: In extreme need of updating. Counter tops, cupboards, flooring, etc is from the 1980’s and therefore it felt old and dingy to me. You would think there would be beach equipment like chairs and umbrellas but all you get is a couple camp chairs and a broken beach chair. We had a hard time finding the home at 2 am in the morning and couldn’t get a hold of anyone for more detailed instructions. At least for us google maps didn’t take us to the home. Just the gated community. I’ve tried communicating with the owner multiple times to solve some issues and once our stay was finished he’s been MIA.

Summary: The property was good.wish there was more lights outside. The elevator not working caused and issue with my mom but overall we were all happy and impressed. Nice updates at the house and once we got the hang of each tv,it turned out very good.the location was AMAZING!!!! I would stay there again. Once the property manager told me the trash and details, it was a very pleasant stay!

Summary: The property has alot of potential. The size is ideal for a large family. However, Updates are needed. The initial communication for this property wasn’t good. A few days prior to arrival we were informed that we were required to COVID test per “the property requirement” even though the island mandate has been lifted. At checkin the property wasn’t ready. The property manger wasn’t available to provide instructions on how to gain access to the property. The AC had an issue that we couldn’t adjust it. The AC was stuck at 60 degrees the entire time. We were so uncomfortable. The housekeeping was not great. Hotwater was extremely limited. Cold showers, cold rooms and moldy home. There was quite a bit of mold and dust. The manager was responsive throughout our visit however, none of our concerns were resolved during the visit. We were given excuses. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Summary: From the pictures I was excited about the stay but when I arrived I seen that some stuff that was posted was not taken in the home. The community was nice. The oven was broke, no toilet paper in the bathroom and the property could’ve been cleaned for the money that is been charged for cleaning service. The WIFI wasn’t working or the ac in one of the bedrooms. It had roaches as well. The owner really wasn’t replying back.
