As you walk into the condo, you will see floor-to-ceiling windows with elegant shutters that create a sunny and calming atmosphere. The travertine floors and diamond-finished walls are complimented with Japanese zen accents and colorful modern furniture.
The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room.

Summary: I had a meeting at the Doubletree downtown but didn't want my wife to be stick in a hotel room all day while I was in meetings. So we booked this. It's a just a block from the convention center and 3 from the Doubletree. We had a little trouble finding it because we were looking for a traditional condo building. It really is in a parking garage -- there is one residence per floor. One caveat -- while it does have a reserved parking spot it's not free. $10/day, more if you go in and out a lot. You can enter through the parking lot or use the garage elevator. There is a Fob that lets you open the elevator rear door that opens directly into the unit. I'd stay here again if I visit downtown ABQ, but to be honest, I was shocked at how seedy the downtown area has become since I last visited 10+ years ago.

Summary: Location downtown was good for catching Uber and going places; the area itself is empty during the day with a closed shopping mall across and lots of empty parking lots. in walking distance we found a great vegan coffee shop/bistro called Knead and the supermarket on silver street is easy to reach. The apartment has everything you may need and has a very cosy atmosphere.. communication was great and quick.

Summary: Very nice, clean residence. Eclectic and interesting decor, which we enjoyed. Proximal to market, nice restaurants (walking distance). Two things to be aware of: 1. Loud hot rodding cars through the night, which could be an issue for lighter sleepers 2. Elevators don't always work on weekends. Getting UP TO the condo was never a problem, but calling the elevator to the 5th floor parking garage didn't work over the weekend when we were there. We had to take the stairs down, and sometimes unsheltered people were taking refuge from the elements in the stairwell, which was a little awkward.

Summary: We were attending an event at the Albuquerque Convention Center. We could see the Convention Center from the property and able to walk there in less than 5 minutes. The boutique style was a treasure chest of eye catching moments. Restaurants and grocery store were withing walking distance. Communication with Betty was quick and helpful. Great Stay!

Summary: We stayed for 7 days during the National Senior Games. A simple 2 block walk to the Convention Center was convenient. Grocery store and eateries are close by. The owner was responsive and helpful for my minor questions and directions. Condo was as advertised and the private access elevator was fun and convenient. Thank you.

Summary: I really liked the layout for this place, and the urban vibe of it. It's large and well apportioned and thoughtfully decorated... doesn't have that "I'm a rental" sterile feel to it. Everything worked, everything was great and the weekend stay was awesome.
