Summary: I stayed for work and had planned to bring the family but lockdown changed the plans; me going first and family joining later once lockdown lifted. Pam kept in regular contact and ensured everything went smoothly within what the rules permitted. The location is a beautiful quiet tree lined street within walking distance of my favourite place in Ballarat - botanic precinct Lake Wendouree. I lost count of the time I spent there walking around the lake when not working. The ice cream from the tram cart is a nice treat too. Kids enjoyed the short stay and were sad to leave so soon but there’s always next time.
