Summary: We (4 men on a guys ski trip) had a great stay at this place. Loved the location, amenities (hot tub, wood stove, views) and owner responsiveness. House was well stocked and in great shape on our arrival… even some “goodies” awaiting us in the fridge!

Summary: 10 minute walk to slopes 1 minute to shuttle bus. Beautiful setting. House was very nice, hot tub. The host even left us some beer so we had refreshments as soon as we arrived!

Summary: This is our second year staying at this house. It is a great spot super close to the mountain. We love the hot tub, and the kitchen is great for the cooking we do. If I had to offer any constructive criticism, I’d just say that the beds are slightly uncomfortable and bowed towards the middle. Check in/out is super smooth and communication is great. We’ll be back!

Summary: We gathered three generations of family at Greg’s spot, and it was perfect. Not fancy, but very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and big dining table made for fun meals. 10 minute walk to Warm Springs Lodge for skiing, and easy access to town. Dog park is just around the corner. Communication with Greg was easy and thorough. Thanks for a great week in Ketchum!

Summary: We enjoyed our holiday stay with family. The view of Bald Mountain was beautiful, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great and the unit has a retro vibe! A regular coffee maker instead of a French press would have been helpful for the number of people we had, plus we did not find a hair dryer. Also, my adult children who slept in the full size beds said both mattresses dipped in the middle. The unit is pet friendly, yet has shag carpet. I personally felt allergic during the stay, so keep this in mind if you have allergies.

Summary: Our families enjoyed a wonderful Christmas at this large, fully equipped resort home with a hot tub and garage. The host Greg was extremely responsive and also provided useful recommendations for local winter activities and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed viewing the moonlight sky and hearing the Warm Springs River sounds while walking with our pet in the quiet peaceful neighborhood.
