Positive: Quiet location. Great pool area on the waterfront. Easy drive to Cemetery Beach. Well-stocked kitchen. Two TVs & quick internet. Two beach chairs & three pool noodles - WONDERFUL for going to the beach! Perfect set of beach towels too - couldn't have asked for a better stay! Would love to go again. :)

Positive: Quiet neighborhood right on the ocean. Clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The full time residents were friendly to tourists. Very close to the Turtle center and one of our favorite restaurants in West Bay. The price was reasonable especially compared to most places to stay. It's a nice place to come home to after adventuring all day. Not a luxurious resort but we went to snorkle and to explore not hang out at our villa. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
Negative: Beautiful view of the ocean but no beach or way to enter the water safely. The lava rock was very sharp and with the waves it would be treacherous to enter. Looks like there may have been a pier at one time but it's gone now The condo next door to the south had a very annoying security light that blinded you at night. Could hardly see the stars outside but it was quiet and you rarely saw anyone else at the small pool. Nice place to unwind. Currently there is construction two lots away but they didn't work late so it wasn't really and issue if you're out most of the day.
Summary: Quiet, roomy yet cozy, comfortable and affordable. Everything you need and nothing you don't.

Positive: The location is perfect for what we wanted, which is a place close to the kitesurfing areas of the island Beautiful view of the sunsets, with a nice swiming pool and a tide pool carved in the limestone Great value for the money, very spacious and comfortable, large kitchen, has washer and dryer All appliances work well
Negative: Cleanliness. We are convinced we had bed bugs due to the welts and theire pattern on our bodies. The management quickly addressed the issue spraying and providing bed covers Several items in state of disrepair or poorly repaired, blinds on the master bedroom broken, smoke alarm goes off just by turning on the stove, shower has a very unseemly parch for the water to not run off to the floor. None of these items wer a big deal for us, but inconveniences.
