Summary: This is our 4th or 5th time here! Obviously, we love the house and the location. Close to the University of the South as well as plenty of fun hikes and nature walks! The back porch/deck is the absolute best for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a great room with places for the whole family to watch TV. Thank you!

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed hosting our adult children and their families for a 3-day Fall Break (maxed out for one of the nights at 8 adults and 4 children). The lodge was beautifully situated on the ridge and elegantly decorated (though not stodgy). The spacious living/dining/kitchen area was great for cooking, dining and entertaining our rather large group. We enjoyed our time together on the large deck and screen porch, daytime and under the stars. On the Clifftops campus, family members hiked to Kirby Smith Point, fished a bit in the lake, played tennis, and played on the playground. Several hiked Buggytop and Fiery Gizzard trails. We enjoyed a dinner at High Point and lunch at Mountain Goat Market. What a great place to stay and to spend time together as a family!

Summary: I had my entire family at Clifftops. The view was wonderful. The screen porch was perfect for the babies to run around and yet be outside. We loved the swimming pool and hiking. Our house was lovely and had everything we needed!

Summary: Once again, we could not have been happier with this home. The hosts have thought of everything- well stocked kitchen, cozy blankets for the expansive back porches, super comfortable beds! After the spring rains the waterfall on property was amazing! Can't wait to come back to the mountain!

Summary: The pictures in VRBO were spectacular but the reality was breathtaking! We were bringing two daughters and a niece to. start the semester at Sewanee. The house was so comfortable- the owner really thought of all the little things that typically are not there and you might forget to pick up at the store. I am in a boot after ankle surgery so could not enjoy the hiking but my husband and kiddos had a great time exploring the nearby waterfall. I was just as happy enjoying the HUGE screen porch. I cannot wait to return!
