Positive: The apartment was excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. We were 7 people and there was enough space for even more, very nice common areas. Everything is new and was perfectly clean. The view is amazing, right in front of the beach, just a few minutes’ walk to the town center where you can find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Julia is an excellent host who helped to make our stay very pleasant.
Negative: It is a new development in and old hospital area, still surrounded by several building that are to be renewed, so it feels a bit under construction. Nothing you really notice once you are inside the apartment or in the beach.
Summary: Very nice place for some days at the beach in France, excellent apartment, everything new and clean.

Positive: Everything was perfect. Everything in the flat is brand new. The view is amazing. The flat has direct access to the beach and is walking distance from the promenade, the city centre and the seals ! Berck in itself is small but charming and everyone is lovely, including the host.

Positive: The view was exceptional! As soon as you enter the duplex you can see right out to the beach, sea and breathtaking sunset! It’s absolutely amazing! The huge windows and stylish decor add to the ambiance. My family also enjoyed the high quality of the kitchen equipment, furniture and fittings, hidden pool table, hidden TV, jacuzzi, Harry Potter scrabble. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and available to help make our stay easier. The beach is just outside the building and accessible through a private gate. My older children could walk down to the beach and I could watch them from the apartment. No roads to cross! The beach is sandy and vast! My kids saw seals! Amazing! We were also impressed with the town - Berck Sur Mer. The people were friendly and the market was good with lots of local cuisine. We’re looking forward to going back one day.
