Positive: Request for tea, milk etc was dealt with promptly. Breakfast choices were good.

Negative: A little impersonal but that is the style of the hotel. Outdoor seating was nice.

Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good.

Negative: Upon arrival we were expecting to use a swimming pool as advertised on Booking.com. However the reception staff said that they did not have a pool. We checked the Booking.com advert for the hotel and showed this to the reception staff who said it should not be on the information. Also, we expected the towels to be of a higher quality.

Summary: Good location, but a little disappointing in terms facilities.

Positive: Nice little hotel just outside of Antwerp, and less than an hour drive to Bruges (because of its location, we managed to visit both in a couple of days). Quiet and modern, nice secure parking. The reception is not usually manned (we only met the staff at breakfast), you check-in online beforehand and you receive all instructions by email. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all comforts for a short stay. Good fresh breakfast, we would definitely visit again.
