Positive: Very well designed property which is rare in Playa del ingles. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile for any dietary restrictions. Fresh orange juice for breakfast.

Negative: At this price point I did expect a bit more than just flawless design and friendly staff. - pool heating was broken and I was informed the first day about it however afterwards no more communication. Pool was eventually fixed after 4 days. - breakfast only starts at 9am. It’s brought in from a caterer and it’s good quality however: no fresh eggs, no barista coffee. - no staff at the property after 4pm so check in is all digital if you arrive late.

Positive: Perfect location, a really beautiful setting with lovely rooms, garden and pool. All the staff were wonderful and Nick particularly helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay!

Positive: This little resort is very sexy and comfortable. The location is perfect, walking to restaurants, gym and clubs. The service is excellent, complimentary drinks at pool in the afternoon is very generous from the hotel.

Positive: Perfect location, quiet but 10 minute walk away from all the fun. Hotel is gorgeous. Very clean. Rooms are very spaceous, patio looking at the pool is also large and gives plenty privacy. Nice place to relax in front of the pool. Bed is comfortable enough and big. Shower is huge and lovely. TV is big as well. Room is airconditioned which is a major plus. Breakfast was great. Served between 9am-12pm which is great for us, since we aren't early risers. Great selection available. It was also my husbands birthday during our stay and they gave us free wine as a gift. This was unprompted. I didn't mention it was his birthday. Staff very welcoming, attentive and helpful.

Negative: Wifi was spotty and disconnected from the TV a few times. This mainly happened at night. Didn't matter what we did (including staff recommendations of removing chromecast) the wifi still disconnected randomly each night.

Summary: Perfect relaxing stay. Lovely rooms. Quiet area.

Positive: Nic and Davide were the perfect most friendly hosts we could have asked for. Fahana, by far, was the best accommodation we stayed while we were traveling Spain. The hotel and the rooms are well maintained, are modern, beautifully decorated and the swimming pool is to dream for. Breakfast was lovely, tasty and perfectly presented, every morning. We can only highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we visit Maspalomas again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts Nic & Davide.

Negative: There was nothing not to like! This hotel's location is perfect and close to the Jumbo centre, which is about 500 meters away from the hotel. This hotel can easily be rated a 5 star hotel.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic stay with my partner over 10 nights here. The room was great, with a really comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning and a brilliant bathroom with multiple towels and comfortable robes to wear. Throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Positive: Everything was wonderful, the accommodation, the staff, the afternoon cocktails., the comfortable chairs. Clothing is optional, but only if one wants. The staff has only one thing on their mind: make sure that guests have a wonderful time. Close to Yumbo, but not the noise.

Negative: Small thing: we want to make a reservation for next year, but that is not possible yet. An inconvenience, because if we can’t have a room we would like to know that quickly to look for other options on the island
