Summary: The check in what was good and the service was good. When we got to room there was a pile of dirty sheets and towels on the chair. We immediately called down or tried to call down on the in room phone but it did not work so we did call with cell and they did come remove. The room still felt quite dirty. There was a piece of chewed gum stuck the side of the headboard one of the beds. Bathroom was dirty with hair balls visible. The sockets by the beds did not work.

Summary: Many rooms had room key card issues while we stayed. Room key didn’t work even front office the new key card. The good thing is I feel very safe to stay even though room door was open.

Summary: The staff was responsive and the facility was clean but dated. The electronic door locks were a problem for several guests including us.

Summary: The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only con was the door lock was finicky and we couldn't get it to work. Had to have someone come and open the door when we needed in our room

Summary: Doors to hotel rooms did not open so the front desk had to let you into your room with a coat hanger under the door every time you left. Not safe, and really annoying. Felt bad for the staff. Shower had lots of hair in it.
