Summary: Mismatched furniture, no comfortable chairs. Shade o. Lamp had large stain on shade. Asked cleaning crew for clean towels after 3rd day. Towels never arrived. Won’t be starting again.

Summary: Parking felt safe. Room was clean but needed to be vacuumed. Staff was excellent. Didn’t even look at breakfast because I needed to get on the road.

Summary: Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I was in town for a motorcycle training course. On my last day i had a problem with my motor and Ashia was stellar, taking the time out of her busy day to accommodate. Cannot say enough good things here. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, economical place to spend a few days, this is your place.

Summary: The room was very nice and clean. We had 4 women in our group. We had been at gulf shores for a week. Our property manager overbooked for Friday night and we were told we had to leave even though I had paid for Friday nightl we had to leave. We were VERY disappointed to visit your pool only to find algae in it. I spoke to the front desk and they sent the pool guy out to clean but it didn’t help our situation. I’ve traveled for years and never has I seen visible algae like I witnessed in your pool. Very disappointing for our group!
