Summary: Keys wasn’t working it was programmed 4 times back up and down from office to suite (both room keys)( so inconvenient) and it was a very late that we were checking was already exhausted. I just wanted to go to bed.then the emergency light keep on blinking all night long( once again attention was called to the front desk and was told that there was no maintenance worker available. They were going to give a discount)then no lights at all in the room by morning time because the power was done, uncertain areas of the hotel which of course, was on the side where our 2 rooms were, elevators were done like to use. The bathroom was stung like in the hotel room was done, and that was how the blinking in one of the suites which was the upper suite finally got the lights to stop blinking. after speaking to the morning front desk, I was just given the information to speak to a manager, but the manager herself was new and wasn’t going to be until Monday.

Summary: Our stay at this hotel was overall fine, but the evening of the one night we stayed, we used the pool. After spending some time with my kids in the pool, I began to notice some very disgusting looking globs in the pool. It made me feel sick to my stomach, and I feel sick to my stomach now even recalling this. It was gross.

Summary: Hotel was fine had what we needed. Everything worked. It was clean however, the lack of communication and checkout was not good and they don’t empty the trash and give you new towels every day. It’s every other day. Why was my credit card charged more than what the agreement was at check-in? Nothing was ever said until I questioned it.
