Summary: Everything was fine other than I was charged twice by using the app so I essentially paid $400 for that room.

Summary: The hotel is nice overall. Breakfast was pretty good. My only real complaints are the bed was hard as rock, pillows are a bit chunky, and we didn’t have any bodywash in the shower.

Summary: When we checked in, we were informed that the room keys were not working. So each time we returned to the room, we had to be escorted by staff member with pass key to let us into our room. They were very helpful. When we checked out I was told there was a charge on my bill, which they refunded when I told front desk that I had booked reservation with Hotel.com and had paid in full in advance.

Summary: The workers were excellent. But the door way to the lobby was covered in snow and ice. I asked if they could spread some salt on it but it never happened the two days we were there. I will always stay at Fairfield Inn when in Marion.
