Summary: The front desk double charged me for the room and after admitting the mistake have yet to refund my money. The room smelled of animal urine and one of the beds sheets were not clean. The sink would not properly drain and the shower pressure was mild. I e stayed here many times in the past and have witnessed this building fall apart over the years. The manager was nice however incompetent.

Summary: First room we had smelled like smoke, but the person at the front desk switched us to a new room right away. The pool is unavailable and the breakfast was sub par compared to other Fairfield’s I have stayed at.

Summary: Bed was very comfortable. Very clean in the room and bathroom was spotless.

Summary: We checked into a room with a wet carpet so we requested another room. That was quickly accomplished, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was just OK with not a lot of choices. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. The hotel is in a nice area and is easy to get to. The staff was nice, though our towels were changed 1 day out of 3 while the beds were strangely not made nor the soap changed. The beds were a little soft for my taste.

Summary: The beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet. BUT…. The bathroom was gross. There was mold/mildew all over the shower. Like there was no attempt to clean it. It just looks like the whole place needs some repair and deep cleaning. There were stains on the curtains and shower curtain. Paint chipping all over in the bathroom.

Summary: This is thev3rd time in 3 years we have used this hotel and the advertisement says there is a pool. All 3 times I've called directly to be sure the pool was open and all 3 times the answer was yes. All 3 times, it's been closed for our whole stay. I dont feel we should pay full price for the room since thaye #1 lying about the pool being open and false advertising.

Summary: This property is due for a serious renovation. The bathroom had mold and rust all over the tub! They had no water available to drink according to the front desk person.

Summary: The overall stay was great. The bathroom need some updating. The toilet ran every 10-15 minutes and we were there 5 days. The tub mat should be replaced or bleached as well as tub needs a tub stopper and re-caulked or bleached.
