Negative: Desk chair in the room was worn out at seat. Mattress was not comfortable to soft. I woke up with back pain. Arm chair in room was not comfortable

Positive: Very helpful and friendly staff. The pool and other fascilities were excellent. Very clean and hygienic. The room was nice and well equiped. The shower was delightful.

Negative: Ok initially I booked through booking.com. The name was Fairfield Inn so I get to the hotel and it says Marriott’s so I think I am in the wrong location. The staff was confused and did not have my reservation. Eventually they found I had booked it thru booking.com and found our reservation. This was very distressing because my wife was in the hospital and I had been up for 36 hours!
Summary: I extended my visit the rate seems ok I may be here for a week or more.
