Positive: My wife and I stayed here for a country music festival at McLean county fairgrounds and it was a very convenient walk and Walmart is close too! Room and lobby recently updated. Great continental breakfast that changed slightly each day and friendly front desk staff
Negative: We stayed in a king room and only had 2 towels. Usually there’s 4. We requested housekeeping for the duration of our five nights at time of check in and didn’t receive housekeeping one time while there.

Positive: We liked everything, the location and comfort.
Negative: The front desk employee didn't greet us at all. He did not tell us about the security deposit, which is not a problem. The problem was that he didn't take the time of his day to let us know about it. It wasn't until we went to our room that we saw additional charges on the credit card notification, and we didn't know why. I had to go back down to the lobby and ask. This was so unprofessional. My husband and I we travel a lot and I don't think I will be staying in this hotel again.

Positive: Location was close to Walmart and other surrounding restaurants.
Negative: The shower water had plenty pressure but was bare minimal of being luke warm. Lots of renovation/construction going on. I came very close to changing my mind when I arrived, but I didn't. It wasn't bad. I got in lil late an lesvsibg out early before construction workers start.
