Positive: There was a big selection of breakfast food - much better than other hotels we’ve stayed at.
Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however we wish the front desk lady had explained we would see $ charged on our credit card for ‘incidentals’, that would be refunded if not used.
Summary: We are repeat visitors & will definitely be returning in the future!!

Positive: I'd have liked some bread for toast, not just bagels and muffins, and a bread knife would have been useful. People were having a ridiculous struggle each morning to split bagels with tiny plastic knives; they didn't fit in the slicing gadget provided. Also, why all this waste with nasty disposable plates and cups and horrible plastic cutlery? It's unpleasant and definitely not eco-friendly.
Negative: The staff failed to greet any of the guests. I made a point of saying "good morning" to everyone I came in contact with - some of them looked surprised- but a greeting was never initiated by them.
Summary: Just a word: impersonal.

Positive: The property was clean and met expectations. Dining area was adequate and the scrambled eggs seemed to have been met that morning. A shout out to the lovely night clerk who boiled some water for me to have hot tea.
Negative: The pool was under maintenance. There wasn’t 24 hour hot coffee and tea water available.

Positive: Location perfect, and front desk staff friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who worked the Night Desk, who helped me enter the building, and made each encounter with him very pleasant and professional. Other staff members were equally as friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable.
Negative: I had to call for a plunger on my first morning in my room, although nothing but toilet paper was flushed. My toilet almost overflowed, as if it was clogged? I plunged it, and it worked after that, but I had to call twice to get the plunger removed... it was still in the room when I returned on my 2nd night. I had to call for a new coffee maker on my 2nd day (first morning). I travel frequently, and am quite used to this type coffee maker. The machine turned out a half-cup of pale brown water on first try. I removed the coffee/tray, inserted a new one, and filled the water once again (just halfway), and now the coffeemaker was scalding hot to the touch, and the coffee poured out over the desk (almost hit my computer... good thing I didn't leave the room. Unplugged it, and needed a towel to touch it, remove it from the desk onto the floor. Called for new coffeemaker, and received one in a box... brand new. I primed/flushed it (using my own bottled water), and was able to make a few cups of coffee. I called for the broken coffee maker and the plunger to be removed from my room in my absence, as well as to have my coffee supplies replenished, but neither of these things happened in my absence that day. I called again on my 3rd day at the property to have the items removed, and room was refreshed upon my return on that 3rd day.
Summary: Pleasant hotel... with a few glitches. Didn't feel that this was a $100+/per night experience.
