Summary: The hotel was very accommodating to our reunion of Seven friends who grew up in Clovis. We spent a lot of time catching up in the common areas and in the rooms.

Summary: The desk attendant was so friendly and kind. She was very pleasant and smiled every time we walked by. Very welcoming! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Excellent place.

Summary: Room on first floor had no privacy, looking right out to sidewalk. The only choice was to use blackout curtains, which allowed no natural light during the daytime. Would definitely request upstairs room next to E.

Summary: Our first room had a non- functional heater. We were transfered to another room with a non- functional TV. We had reserved the room for two days, but were forced to leave the first night because of illness. We were charged for both nights. I don't know if that is the policy, but it is wrong. I explained the situation to the person at the desk and she said she would check us out in the morning. This is a nice hotel, but it does seem to have issues.

Summary: The hotel is being refurhished so the dining facilities are limited. But, there is a sister hotel within walking distance that has breakfast. We were in a new room that was very comfy. Staff was great.
