Summary: The room was average clean. Fan in the bathroom would not shut off and was extremely loud. The bed was extra firm. Great front desk staff.

Summary: Stated a heated pool it was in doors but not heated. Was told room would be cleaned every other day when we got back to room late it was not cleaned. No towels no toilet paper front desk told us to come to desk to get towels and other supplies??? Isn’t that what we paid for?

Summary: Air conditioning buttons were damaged and we were not able to set the room temperature to our comfort. We had turn it off to cool room down.
