Summary: For the price we paid, it should have been amazing, but it wasnt. The curtains were ripped in both rooms, the air conditioner in one of the rooms wasnt very good. The customer service was good, they did try to accommodate our request for rooms to be next to each other, like they were supposed to be. First night we were on 2 different floors, second night we were put on same floor, just not next to each other. The parking garage is very tight quarter's. Would recommend if staying here and using parking garage to have small to mid-size vehicle

Summary: It was a good location for what we had to do. Only complaint was bathroom was a little small and dark, especially over the tub/shower and needed an exhause fan.

Summary: Bath was full of rust. Tap did not work properly. Took me 10 minutes to turn on and dripped the whole night very frustrating. Very little hot water in shower.

Summary: Much older property and it was obvious with scratched up furniture, poor insulation between rooms. I expect to hear maybe some noise between rooms, however this was clear conversation. The shower didn’t drain very well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: I went to the desk this afternoon as my keys were not working. The front desk agent ( a young lady- only one working) told me I had to fill out another registration form. I simply asked why? She responded “because it’s a new reservation “. Her tone was rude and lacked any hospitality. It was unfortunate to experience as I was thinking about extending my stay one more night.

Summary: Room is super outdated. Didn’t have soap in the shower, mission clothing iron, no toiletries besides one soap bar. Comfortable bed. Overall the hotel needs to be updated, it looks run down and perhaps there was a recent water damage in the lobby.

Summary: It wasn’t the worst or the best. Bathroom walls were dirty, shower was dirty and feces in the toilet. Yuck! Curtains are worn out and shredded. Made me wonder how clean the bedding was. And South Colorado Blvd. is a drag strip until about 12:30am. For the price it’s definitely a no go for me.
