Summary: The stay was exactly what we needed it to be. The beds were not the most comfortable, would be my only complaint with the stay. Most staff were friendly, except the lady putting out breakfast, who was quite rude. Overall would absolutely stay here again. Nice- quiet area (for the location) and hotel overall.

Summary: We had excellent service and the staff was wonderful. However, the room had a dirty q-tip on the floor when we walked in and the room ac/heater did not work so it was stuffy all night. The floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for a long time and the bathroom towels had stains on a few of them. We will be making other accommodations our next trip to Greensboro.

Summary: We were there for a swim meet. Rooms were spacious and more than met our needs. Also a good location just a few minutes from aquatic center.

Summary: I am afraid but this hotel does not respect the standards of Fairfield hotels. Although most of the staff was pleasant the property was dirty: smelly room and hairs in the bathrooms. The staff did not stocked some of the supplies in the bathroom. The breakfast was not pleasant. Not the usual fresh food.
