Summary: Comforter was dirty, looked like dried mucous. Several bugs on comforter. By the time I took picture, most of the bugs had scattered. Called front desk and was given a different room. Lights did not work in bathroom.

Summary: At the time of booking there was no mention that breakfast wouldn't be available, nor was it mentioned they were actually doing construction. Overnight desk clerk had his girlfriend there on the job eating. Instead of being readily available to assist at the front desk.

Summary: The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The room matched the photos, and the furniture was in good condition. The pool was great — a good depth and size for kids and even suitable for swimming laps. There were a few hiccups: the final price differed from what Hotels.com quoted (possibly due to hidden fees), and housekeeping didn’t come during our stay. I had to take out the trash and request more towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic and ended early at 9 a.m., so we missed out most days. Also, the curtains didn’t block much light in the mornings. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but better communication and small touches would’ve made it even better.

Summary: Room service never came to make beds or restock towels. We had no hand soap for sink. Beds were really uncomfortable to me. Next trip I probably will be staying somewhere else.
