Summary: The staff was friendly and professional but as soon as you walk in the room it smelled as if the filters have not been changed, the room smelled old and mildew. The water pressure was very low whether cold or hot water and the shower was clogged the water filled to the top and very slow drain.

Summary: Hotel was very nice and the lady at check in was amazing. The room was clean. The only fault I had was that the room temperature did not go under 71 and for a person who likes a cold room, it did not allow me to sleep well. It made the room feel stuffy.

Summary: The room was nice. Just a few issues; the shower water was luke warm at best, the mini fridge froze everything in it, the thermostat got stuck on 61 the first night, stayed 3 days and never received house keeping, the pool was not heated. On a positive note, the staff was nice, the room and other parts of hotel were clean. Nice little area with a lot of shops and eating options.

Summary: We got in late. Our reservation stated we were a party of 4. Our room had pull out couch with one dirt pillow and blanket. No blanket or pillows Available that night or the next day. Room cleanliness was sub par. Staff could care less. Bare minimum customer service given. This is a motel charging hotel Prices.

Summary: Staff was great. Our room had a very foul smell. We should have made them switch rooms. Because of the smell it made the room seem unclean

Summary: Desk clerk was not welcoming. Several interactions with her and she was rude each time. We had a noon check out and housekeeping began knocking on our door at 9:30 and again at 10:30. Breakfast is over at 9 or before.

Summary: The staff was not helpful at all. We booked our room for multiple days and house cleaning did not even come by or offer towels or empty the trash. We also checked in and out early due to a death in our family and when I asked the front desk lady for a receipt (last night about 8:00) she denied it and said that it was because they had not posted the room for the night so they would not be able to send it in until our scheduled visit has been completed on paper.
