Summary: Staff: The best, extremely friendly and very helpful. Facilities: Poor. If this was my first stay at a FI I would not plan to stay in one again. Pool was closed by health dept (seriously, there was a red gov sign saying so.) We stayed 5 nights and saw no effort to clean it up. Workout room: Of 3 machines only 2 worked (big sign on treadmill “Terribly sorry” but no visible effort in 5 days to fix it. ) Water fountain with “filtered” water in work out room had flashing lights “please change filters.” Triple filter but all three needed changing, Room: the TV was out 2x so we were moved to another (smaller) room. One room number was a taped piece of paper. (Not a big deal but combined with other evidence it looks like the message is “let’s save money and not maintain anything. Not a good look for a Fairfield Inn. Staff was amazing but whoever oversees maintenance needs to find another job.

Summary: Friendly staff, reminded me of breakfast each night I got back to the hotel. The sofest towels, cleanest rooms. Bed super comfortable with soft sheets.

Summary: Small room! We had a king bed but no where to put are luggage! Check in was maybe the worst! She had no input or knowledge of anything about rates and had to check with the manager! Very disappointed with a hotel that was rated so high! You have to join there club to get WiFi! Really! At least that was what I was told! Never Again!
