Summary: The staff were fantastic—kind, professional, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by some significant issues. Due to a recent pipe burst or frozen pipe, there’s ongoing construction, which has created serious health concerns. There’s visible mold present, and sheetrock dust is everywhere. My entire family has been sneezing non-stop and experiencing difficulty breathing during our time here. While we understand unforeseen accidents happen, the lack of proper containment or cleanup for the construction area is unacceptable. I hope these issues are resolved soon for the sake of future visitors and the staff working in these conditions. Note: the front desk was in the side stairwell. The staff must have been freezing whenever someone opened the door.
