Summary: Typically had to wait several minutes for front desk staff to appear if they did at all. Not sure where they are. Rarely there. Never been to a hotel where no one is there even during check in hours. People standing in lobby waiting to check in with their luggage for several minutes. One customer found the manager phone number and called him cause he was waiting so long. Also once there the staff complained that the computer system is always slow and management won’t do anything about it even though it is a known long standing problem.
