Positive: Loved the towels and rags. Super soft and not scratchy like most hotel linens. All staff personnel were super friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Negative: Pool was not working. Lots of construction and rennovating going on.

Summary: Worked for what we were there for.

Negative: I book because it said a hot tub and a pool while the hot tub had been removed and the pool was just reopened and wasn’t able to be used yet. There was no ice machine cause they were under construction, but they gave you ice in a bag that was like a block of big ice cube. when I turned on the shower water sprayed out behind back of the showerhead. breakfast that morning they were serving bacon. The time was from 6 to 10. I went down at 8 o’clock to eat and they had ran out of bacon two hours into the breakfast hour. They did substitute sausage.

Summary: The staff was accommodating overall the room was very clean!

Positive: We liked the variety of items for breakfast. The room itself was fine.

Negative: A number of things were not working: the credit card reader, the coffee machine in the lobby. They also were a non-cash organization which meant we could not get small change for large bills. The furniture in the breakfast seating area is in dire need of overhaul.

Summary: I don't think I will be choosing a Fairfield Inn again.

Positive: The GOOD news was the staff were all GREAT to work with on our arrival. > Location was what I needed for this trip, made things easy for us. > The good news in the bathroom was the water pressure/temps and shower head worked fine. > I'm glad the WIFI worked for looking around for restaurants and shopping.

Negative: The bathroom needs a little work, toilet seat doesn't fit that toilet and the there's rust on the top of the tub under the valve, the drain cap was removed so the tub flows ok during a shower. Wall paper is peeling and the ceiling needs some repairs. > The desk chair was stuck UP under the desk, the up/down function was not working. > The Cable for local channels was not working at all. > The hot tub was shut down, broken tile all around it.
