Summary: Exceptional stay. My husband and I frequently go on short trips. One or two nights generally, and we stay in lots of hotels in this price range. We stayed one night and everything, from check-in to check-out was perfect. Clean, quiet, great water pressure, etc. The complementary breakfast was above and beyond the usual, and we were genuinely impressed. I wish I could remember the kind customer service representative that checked us in AND out but I’m old. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. When we pass through Tyler again, we’ll definitely stay here!!!
