Summary: I paid for the Gold Experience however, nothing about the experience was Golden. It is much different at other Fairmont properties.

Summary: The staff made the difference the hotel is very old aesthetically. Think old money Dallas. If you’re into that, cool, but to me it was a bit drab. The staff made the experience!

Summary: the elevators were broken during our entire stay and there was no real sense of urgency to fix that -- even though there are over 20 floors in the south tower. I was also called Mr. Page by whatever concierge was texting me throughout my stay -- not in a transphobic way, but in a "a man must be paying for this even though this is clearly a woman's name on the res and credit card" kind of way. Also the AC didn't work and the valet was an absolute nightmare. The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location but it was a miserable 2 nights.
