Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful location was great as near family
Negative: Our check in was delayed and we were told we had an extended check till 3pm at just before 12 got a call to say we needed to check out when I explained what we had been told, was told they would get back to me., as this had not been agreed. Eventually after 6 phone calls adding time on to the checkout was told we could stay till 3pm after being told I was not telling the truth about the late check out. Put a dampener our stay!

Positive: The rooms are spacious and large. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good.
Negative: We had an issue with water leaking in our room that wet our belongings. Had to change rooms. Rooms are now starting to feel a bit tired looking especially the bathroom. We also had two rooms. One was maintained well whilst the other was hit and miss.
