Excellent Walkout Townhome with an incredible west-facing deck. Our fully furnished & equipped two-storey walkout four bedrooms (3 new queen beds & two twin beds are perfect for eight people) located in Fairmont, B.C... Spectacular Southwest views from the upper and lower decks overlooking the golf course, the Columbia Valley & the mountains. We have a minimum 5-night stay requirement from the end of June till Labour Day in Sept. and a 3-day minimum stay during the rest of the year.
Our space is fully equipped (linens, towels, Wi-Fi, dishes, coffee maker, washer & dryer and most everything you need) for your vacation needs. Boasting over 2300 square feet of development, including an open vaulted main floor, A large three-piece bath down with a Jacuzzi tub, a new 3-piece bathroom on the main, and a 4-piece bath upstairs will come in handy after skiing or golfing. The Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is just up the hill. Our beautiful massive southwest-facing deck is perfect for sunning and enjoying long summer nights.
There are 14 championship golf courses, five world-class ski hills within an hour and the Fairmont Resort and Hot Springs 5 minutes away. The Fairmont Ski Area is 10 minutes up the mountain (the best kids' ski hill in Western Canada), and bike trails, fishing, and lakes are minutes away. North America's largest natural hot pools are 5 minutes up the hill and 10 minutes on foot. Lakes, hiking, fishing, tennis, you name it, it's here. Do not delay. Book today! Regarding location, it's hard to beat the Fairmont Hot Springs. We're located on the 17th hole of the Mountainside Golf course and minutes away from the Largest Hot Springs in Western Canada, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. We are also close to a great food/liquor store, pubs, coffee shops, eateries, walking paths, bike paths, and Golf Courses and are 10 minutes from the lake. We have a washer and dryer, an ironing table and iron, and many board games, including puzzles, Scattagories, Risk, Monopoly, and Scrabble. Please bring your cards!
The cancellation policy is as follows- refunds of 50% for 30 days' notice and 100% for more than 60 days' notice.
No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days before check-in.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
