Positive: I have been visiting Fairmont for over 50 years. I like that a lot of the great things at Fairmont have remained the same.
Negative: I don't like that they changed the check-in area. It now takes over the cozy lobby area that was so nice to have when you needed a 'larger space' (than your hotel room) to sit and visit/play games/read, etc. with your family.
Summary: We had a great time at Fairmont with our family.

Negative: The robes weren't all nice and fluffy, only one was. The walk to the pools weren't covered, also no reservations could be made for dinner
