Summary: Very nice and confortable room. The personal is very kind. The hotel has this nice old stylish look but very well preserved. The only thing is that you will have to be prepared for a salty bill at the restaurant and a long wait without a reservation. Other than that, we were pleased of our stay at the Fairmont!

Summary: The hotel was beautiful! The room was great and everything you might need, steamer, yoga matt, umbrella etc. Staff everywhere were super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We stayed in a lovely turret room of the old Chateau Frontenac. The ambiance was excellent by and large--although I thought the pool was small and primarily filled with squalling children--but for the price ( ca. $800 a night) it wouldn't hurt to include breakfast. There were not enough Keurig pods of coffee in our room--three of us--and the lack of breakfast made me grumpy

Summary: Everything couldn't have been better. Room a bit small , as expected, in an older building. Staff were all excepotional. Food was excellent too.

Summary: Our stay was as wonderful as expected. We splurged on breakfast both mornings as it was better than any buffet we had ever had. The whole experience was elegant and luxurious.

Summary: The hotel was just so busy it didn’t feel exclusive or relaxing. I was shocked that my other family members only had double beds in their rooms, they didn’t sleep well at all. Our beds were queen so we slept nicely but our bathroom was tiny for 4 people. Location was 11/10 though. Food was good but very pricey.
