Summary: Incredible customer service and beautifully decorated main lobby for Christmas. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially the late/early hours. Noon checkout also felt decadent. Incredibly comfortable beds. Room was fairly basic with a few things not working but it is a hundred year old hotel. Pleased with our stay.
